For people who want to feel alive, clear, and connected again.

You function.
But inside, you’re tired.

Your mind is constantly running.
Your nervous system never really settles.
You can feel your body actually needs a break — but switching off doesn’t come so easily anymore.

Maybe you feel exhausted, overstimulated, or internally disconnected from yourself.
Maybe you simply long to breathe freely again. Truly freely.

This is exactly where breathwork comes in.

Not through the mind.
But through the body.

SOMA Breath® — breathwork you don’t just understand, but feel

In my sessions, I combine SOMA Breath® with intuitive guidance, music, and—depending on what you need—additional breathing techniques.

Rhythmic breathing, consciously applied breath holds, and specially composed music help your system step out of chronic stress and return to balance.

Many people report after just one session:

  • inner calm,
  • more clarity,
  • deep relaxation,
  • emotional relief,
  • better sleep,
  • more energy,
  • or the feeling of finally coming home to themselves again.

Some call it a “natural high.”
To me, it feels more like: being connected with yourself again.

A single breath journey can be incredibly powerful.
You can already feel in one session how strongly your body responds to conscious breathing.

But deeper change comes through consistency.

Because breathwork often unfolds its real effect quietly in the background:
Your system learns, step by step, to process stress differently.
You become more resilient.
Calmer.
Clearer.
More present.

Just as physical fitness doesn’t come from one workout but from consistency, breathwork is most effective through regular practice.

Not as more pressure to self-optimize.
But as a new way of being connected with yourself.

How I work

Every session is individual.

I don’t work with rigid routines—I intuitively sense what you and your system need right now.

Alongside SOMA Breath®, other breathing techniques and intuitive impulses flow in depending on the situation.

Gentle yet transformative, safe, and without pressure.

In breath journeys, rhythmic breathing, specially composed music, and intuitive guidance combine to create an experience that goes deeper than words. I call it: arriving back to yourself. Arriving in your body.

More about breathwork

Your breath influences far more than just your oxygen supply. It directly affects your nervous system, your energy state, your emotions, and your ability to be present.

Through conscious breathing, rhythmic breath patterns, gentle breath pauses, humming, music, and targeted inner alignment, your system can learn to exit chronic stress and return to balance.

Breathwork can support you in:

  • finding inner peace and emotional relief,
  • reducing stress and tension,
  • thinking and feeling more clearly again,
  • perceiving your energy more consciously,
  • feeling your body more again,
  • strengthening creativity and inner alignment,
  • promoting better sleep and deeper regeneration,
  • and becoming more resilient in everyday life, step by step.

Many people experience breathwork as a “coming back to oneself.”
Not through pressure or self-optimization – but through a genuine connection with one’s own body.

What is SOMA Breath®?

SOMA Breath® is a form of active meditation. This holistic method combines conscious rhythmic breathing with music, meditation, and guided inner perception.

This combination allows your nervous system to be regulated, while body and mind simultaneously enter a deeper state of relaxation, focus, and presence.

Music plays an important role: it supports the breathing rhythm and helps the brain to more easily disengage from constant thinking.

Many people feel calmer, clearer, and more energized after a session.

SOMA Breath® combines modern insights into breathing and the nervous system with millennia-old Pranayama techniques from yoga.

Individual instead of “one size fits all”

Everyone breathes differently.
And every nervous system needs something different.

Therefore, each session is individually adapted – to your current life situation, your energy level, and what truly supports your system at that moment.

In addition to SOMA Breath®, other breathing techniques, nervous system regulation, and intuitive guidance are incorporated as needed.

Gentle. Safe. And at your own pace.

The “Scientific” Explanation of Breathwork’s Effects

“Breathwork, a practice with deep roots in ancient traditions, is increasingly coming into focus in the modern wellness world – primarily due to its impressive effects on mental and physical health. At its core, breathwork means consciously controlling your breath to influence your physical and psychological state. The result: more well-being, more balance, and less stress.

The scientific basis of breathwork primarily lies in its ability to regulate your autonomic nervous system – the system that controls automatic bodily functions such as heart rate or digestion. Through targeted breathing, you can switch from the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) – the fight-or-flight mode – to the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which is responsible for rest, regeneration, and “rest and digest”.

This switch is essential for stress reduction: It lowers your cortisol levels, stabilizes your blood pressure, and brings you into a state of calm and inner release.

Breathwork also affects your brain chemistry. Controlled breathing boosts oxygen flow to the brain, enhancing your cognitive performance and emotional stability. Furthermore, endorphins are released – your natural mood boosters and “painkillers.” This way, breathwork helps elevate your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety. Additionally, deep diaphragmatic breathing enhances lung function and your body’s oxygen supply.

Research in psychophysiology also confirms the effects of breathwork on mental health. Techniques like Pranayama, a central component in yoga, show significant effects on anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

“Through the interplay of mindfulness, presence, and a higher state of consciousness, breathwork can help you process emotions better and become more resilient.” (Source: SOMA Breath®)
